Sure, it's utopian - but to start pilots actually start paying attention to their careers and not voting only thinking of themselves. The apathy at OO is strong, but other places as well. Even if you don't like your union (or lack thereof) participating, seeing the big picture, taking the long view and having a voice is key.

Then we figure out a national seniority list and unionize every 121 pilot.
