After traveling through third world countries somehow the water on the planes doesn't scare me as much as it should. As long as it always comes out HOT HOT HOT I don't care so much what's in the tank. In China the only safety you get is in boiling the water. Throw a tea bag in and don't worry about it.

I'm with you to a degree. Though somehow street food and other 3rd world things don't scare me as much airplane coffee. Although the cleanliness of the local Starbucks could be just as bad I guess. I've just seen to many MELs for failed contamination tests to be thirsty for it. But I'll chow down on some empanadas in El Salvador full of mystery meat. Go figure.
