That was the old intent. SKYW had in years past sais that they had the pick of the litter, with 4000 resumes. Heard from a highly placed Training Dept pilot as to why Camille was canned, she would not hire the "Do Not Hire" list pilots, T.G. Has since overridden the list and they are eligible for hire. Shane L. told me personally that SKYW cannot afford to lose any pilots. The significance of a senior pilot leaving is huge, it means that someone who has a lot invested and a lot to lose is saying "it's no longer worth it" it doesn't take a Harvard degree to realize a 30 something pilot, with 4 years on property, is chomping at the bit to move along to a major. When a 10 year Captain leaves he is electing to take a paycut, no matter where he goes, a 4 year F/O is getting a pay raise.
