I have taken the Delta testing 3x (interviewed at Compass and Xjet which do the same testing) and I would bet my cog test results are pretty close to the same.
Quick correction to the bolded part. XJT used to use the same testing--I interviewed there in Jul 2013, and the tests were identical to the testing at DL in Mar 2014.

However, just had a buddy interview there about two months ago. Sole testing is now a watered-down version of the knowledge test--I think he said ~45 questions.

Otherwise, I agree with crewdawg; a quick overview of the cog test is a great idea, just to give you an idea of what to expect, but "studying" for it isn't really possible or the best use of your time. Good luck to all!
