So here's my question to the guys who've been around a while: have you ever had an APD granted on one of the listed holidays? I.E., in practice do they actually look at the reserve coverage, or just automatically deny anything that falls in that 2 days prior / 1 day after window?
I got an APD allowed on Dec 26th, which would fall in that holiday window. I was just dropping a reserve day but it uses the same rules.
