CS is hiding trips, and removing them from open time before 12:00, two days prior.
Reserve call out is another frequent contract violation.
Your scheduling committee needs facts to fix these issues.
Just to piggyback, I have received a FLICA alert for F4077, 30-31 March yet it's not showing up in Open Time on FLICA.
I am assuming either this trip is being hidden, or the FLICA alert is in error.
