Close but no cigar, SKYW is non unionized because of one thing and one thing only, cash, they spend lots of it to keep the unions at bay. Read the SEC filings and scroll down to the F&H section, they spend millions to have them on retainer add the millions they spend on SAPA and ther you have it. Those that were here on the last few drives will attest to the tactics used to keep the unions off property. Those tactics were right out of "Confessions of a Union Buster" YouTube video.
