May not be against the contract but It's definetly against, the spirit of the contract.

Not chucking spears but its like Navy vs Air Force regs. One tells you what you can't do and the other tells you what you can.

I can easily argue that autobidding is an unfair advantage since its not readily available to all. Just like I'm sure bribing schedulers is not illegal per the contract but most definately frowned upon.
