The card drive was in spring 2012.
Union voted in late summer 2012.
Negotiations began a couple of months later.
Mediation began shortly after that and has been going on for two years.
Strike vote, 98%, was in the middle of January 2015.
Request for proffer occurred at the end of January 2015.
NMB cancelled further negotiations at that point and everyone is awaiting word on the proffer for an NMB strike.
