Why can't we submit LOR's and cover letters this go-around? Anyone else having this problem? I'm getting frustrated with their application process. Also, is anyone copying/pasting their cover letter on top of their resume in that little text box we're supposed to put our resume in? Again, I wish I could attach my actual cover letter and resume to the application website. But that seems to be off limits this time.
If this is where you want to be, be patient and persistent. Just put your resume in the text box. Your cover letter and LORs are not needed on the website.
Bottom line is don't think the cover letter and LORs posted on the application will get you an interview, much less the job. Your friends who fly here need to take you in to meet a chief pilot, or you need to meet them at a job fair. That will trigger someone looking at a cover letter and LORs.
