There are around 480-500 on property right now so probably 350 more. They haven't added incentives like at GJ and I would imagine they'll need to at least match that but most likely will need to do more to attract that many pilots.

I would be shocked if they don't add a bonus and/or go to the Union for compensation increases by mid-summer.
