Well it already happened - NYC closing. I bet close to 90% of the FOs there and a good 1/3rd of the CAs leave the company, most to Endeavor.
Also, the union met with AAG(Isom and Hashimoto) a few weeks back to discuss our bleeding. The management cronies agreed something needed to be done immediately, left, and we have heard nothing since. Pretty obvious envoy is a company set to lose 97 airplanes in the next few years and only gain 40. Even senior FOs I fly with are bailing now.
