Wandered through the crew room in IAD on my way to work today, heard there are still no captain reserves to be had.
The reserve grid is Perpetually at zero, day of. There are a bunch of Captains on IOE but according to the company, a lot of the dulles flying is shifting to Den in May. So that should lighten the load.
