I'd say two years. 4 months of training and the rest of the time is getting the 1000 121. Lots of FOs are being displaced due other pilots doing IOE making time building rather difficult unless you don't fly with a check airman. With SAP and all the open time it is easy to pair with a check airman and not knowing. Not to mention reserve will start to catch up and folks will sit reserve for a few months.
