It was my understanding that we took the guaranteed 7% contribution to the B fund and gave up the profit sharing. We did at one time participate in the profit sharing before the first contract. As a fairly new employee I remember the profit sharing checks were small. The B Fund has been better. Of course the company has been more profitable since then also.
