He isn't getting IPB days because he is an FO rep. Most reps only get FPL or IPBs to cover for meetings. Otherwise they generally fly the line. He is getting IPBs because him and one other person build all the pairings we fly. I won't defend the placement, but he works his butt off building pairings every month.
