I am a new hire so take this for what is it worth. I went in with a Kinkos copy. No fancy binder on my end mostly due to cost etc. it didn't seem to hurt me. I was able o answer any questions about my time which I am sure you can as well. As far as interview hints...I am a fan of just being yourself, be likeable and personal and you will do fine. They don't want people who aren't truthful, are arrogant etc etc so be honest and do your best. Everyone makes mistakes, just don't fall apart. I wish you the best and hope to see you with us.
