I completely agree. And I spoke with RJ about that but as I understand it sapas position is essentially "the company is going to get what they want one way or another and we might as well try and get something for it."

At first this seems ludicrous but at the end of the day, this is where the pro Union guys like Nevets et al are right...Sapa has no leverage. The company can do pretty much as they please. And while there may be some (or a lot) of ball twisting done by the company with Sapa, this is something I actually believe when I hear them say "what can we do"
