Exactly!! The whole reason for SAPA is to give us the illusion that we have a say. If SAPA would just stand up and tell the company to pound sand, then they would have to force something on us and show their hand. Same as the E175 rate. They already had the contracts and knew what they were going to pay us. There was no negotiation. Instead, we gave up training seat locks and the ability to jumpseat and took whatever rate they had in mind. Until our pilot group understands what unity will bring us, we will just keep replaying this Groundhog day.
