I've been here for a little less than a year and I enjoy the company and the flying. When I got hired the schedule was made very clear to me. As for the per-diem issue, it does take about 4-6 weeks for reimbursement, however after my first month on line I started getting reimbursements every 2-3 weeks. I came from an airline enviornment so I am used to being paid a month behind.
