I like it, but its not for everyone. Its super short flights and high work load. Every day is a challenge. Future doesn't really look great on account of our crappy performance. I know they pitch it like we are a start up, but it really isn't and it has shrunk back to the Gulfstream Airline it was right before bankruptcy. The only difference now is we outsource are rampers ( hasn't worked out great ) and do our own ticketing like a real airline. But no other regional has ever been able to make their own ticketing work from what I understand. So I just enjoy while we are flying! Hope this helps!
