You basically have four options.
You can do a health savings account, which I don't know many details on. I think if you have kids, it's not a good choice.
If you go the traditional health insurance route, it's through United Health Care. You have three levels of coverage. A cheap one with higher deductibles, a "traditional" plan, and a more "Cadillac" plan.
I have the middle of the road traditional plan. I have a family with 2 kids, and I pay roughly 220 bux per pay check, so maybe 440 or 450 bux a month in deductions. My wife is covered under the plan as well, so it covers four people. So far we have been satisfied with the coverage.
