However that said, if you want to put a serious crimp in these carriers, just do the opposite. Hire those that are biting at the bit to leave. Losing 200 or so pilots over the next three months at any of the the three, would really do a number. They're having a hard enough time now finding qualified pilots that are willing to uproot out of their first world country.
This is a much better idea than blacklisting guys who go there. Then the 3 ME carriers lose money training guys as well. It would be awesome to decimate their pilot ranks and see a bunch of 380's sitting in the desert because they have no pilots to fly them.
