So if it's true that apps are drying up, as referenced a few pages back, what do you think adding a training contract would do? What they need to do is bump up 1st year pay, by fully giving the snap backs early. They'll not do that of course, but I doubt seriously they will make a training contact; it would be counterproductive. Losing a few from each class is the cost they'll pay for paying pilots welfare wages.
