When it comes to your sick calls Delta just wants you to be honest. If you called in sick during a weekend or a holiday be honest about it. They are looking for patterns in your sick calls. They can tell if you work weekends or holidays because they have already gone through your logbooks and looked at specific dates.

If you are going to the interview I would know how many times you have called in sick in the past year. We have prepped our clients on how to specifically answer these questions.
