Yep, but don't over think it. I got the same questions and said I got a cold every few years where I couldnt clear my ears so I called in as soon as possible to let the schedulers adjust. It's just another question on their list and they just want to see how you answer (imo).
That is helpful, thanks. I'm a technician so we have to take sick leave just to go to the dentist because we have timecards. I guess that isn't the type of sick leave they are asking about.
