Anyhow, the point I'm trying to convey is that when choosing an airline for a career, you have to look beyond the current contract. Careers are long, contracts are short. Ours is amendable in 2 years, I don't retire for more than 30 years. I look at frontier as an airline with room to grow, and a business model that likely will become a mainstay in the domestic market.
I admire your optimism. I am just being realistic considering F9 has endured a rocky road in the last decade or so and hope they get a good break with their new masters.

Unfortunately given the size frontier has remained and only with an In-house Union, any future significant increases will be fought hard with a tough opponent and could have catastrophic results.

At this point any new hire should take employment at F9 as a stepping stone to the big 3.

Don't settle in this current landscape. It can cost you millions in the long run.
