Personally I think some people at SkyWest need to take a look around the regional industry and realize we have it pretty good...we have cancellation pay, MDG and a whole lot of stuff that other regionals don't have. But talking to all my friends I believe this is still one of the better regionals.
It is becoming more clear every day that SkyWest pilots are disgusting people that think that they are superior to everyone else, but are really just scabs. They take union jobs and put up with crap everyday because they love the taste of the crap flavored kool-aid that the management keeps serving them.
You deserve to get screwed over by management again and again.
I wish the people that do the hiring at the majors would realize this and prevent any non-union pilot from moving to a major.
