Then Comes other airlines along doing flying for less money then what we were making flying 37 seat Turbo Props. Then we had people leaving PDT to go fly an EMB 175 for half the pay and half the contract.

How did Professionalism and holding the line work out for Piedmont??? Even PSA told AAG to go screw off when first offered the 900's. What did Parker do??? Sent those 900's to Mesa..... And he would've sent them to someone else had PSA said no again.

While we sit back and want to make the Regions more professional then they are the bottom line is we are all bottom feeders and are only as strong as ALPA will lets us be.

It Is what it is..... You are right maybe we don't see eye to eye on the Regionals but it's okay. We can both hope for a perfect world.
You don't have to justify it, like you said it is what it is. You, PSA, and Endeavor voted in 12/4 caps and as a result that is now the new (lower) norm. Everyone had their reasons and it is not my intention to get into a debate about voting in concessions, that dead horse has been beaten. But don't say the only way to raise the bar is to raise pay when you work for a company who has recently approved a pay cap for new hires.

I was referring strictly to professionalism and the responsibility each and every one of us has, mainline and regionals alike. You can and should act like a professional even if you are a bottom feeder and don't get paid a lot.
