Everyone had their reasons and it is not my intention to get into a debate about voting in concessions, that dead horse has been beaten. But don't say the only way to raise the bar is to raise pay when you work for a company who has recently approved a pay cap for new hires.

I was referring strictly to professionalism and the responsibility each and every one of us has, mainline and regionals alike. You can and should act like a professional even if you are a bottom feeder and don't get paid a lot.
