I challenge anyone to point out another Regional with better 1st Year Pay than Piedmont.. (Endeavor takes the cake for Bonus)

And, on the 12/4 caps, those are jet rates (which will require seniority to bid into) and they're hardly a B-scale (except for the 1st year), but more like a compressed pay scale where a 2nd Year pilot will get paid the same a dash pilot would make on year 4, 3 Year jet pay equals 8th year dash pay, etc..

Now, Benefits.. I only pay for 18% of the Health insurance cost, with Dental, Vision and Rx too. Sure, it'll go up to 35% over the next 5-6 years, but I'll be gone by then and it'll still be much better than found elsewhere in the regionals.
