And in the next breath he said that was based on lower attrition than expected. If attrition picks back up to where they expected then the need for CQFOs will go back up. If what I'm hearing from a lot of guys is true, many will be leaving here over the summer.

Oxley very clearly stated the CQFO program will be slowed down for a while because they want to reduce the number of guys on bypass and they have what we need FOR NOW . I wouldn't expect to see any more until sometime this summer, and that number will depend on how attrition is gong. If all they guys that say they are interviewing get out of here over the next 6 months, then that number will go way up.
