I just really did not like any of the Piedmont bases and the bases are a difficult commute. That is why I decided not to go there. I also do not really believe yet that the 145's will ever actually show up, and I have flown enough turboprops. Other than that, it isn't a bad company.
The outstation bases are rough on commuters, I'll give you that. The system is 'designed' for lower cost of living.
