I had offers from PSA and PDT. Piedmont's outstation basing is what killed it for me. If they had even 1 hub base that would of made the decision to go to PSA much more difficult. As it is now, PSA has been a great place to be so far.

And as far as being a CA doing sim training, I think you just have to have the seniority to be able to bid for it (or something like that). And I believe they will let you do the 30 days of sim / 30 days flying the line rotation they do for the ground instructors.

I think the opportunity to become a ground instructor to offset first year pay is extremely enticing... If it weren't in DAY. That place sucked the soul out of me after being there for over a month. Now if it were in CLT, it'd be a different story.
