I'm curious if anyone else thinks it's about time that Delta relaxes some of the hiring practices. In the next couple of years, pilot's will finally be in control of the hiring due to supply and demand. Anyone else agree, or am I full of BS? Nothing like acting like the ugly chick looking for a prom date and hoping they get picked. I hate hearing of fully qualified dudes that are passed up, that someone knows is a wrong decision. I know dudes that have been passed by and everyone is wondering, ***, including wing commanders (on the mil side). I'd be curious how things pan out in the coming years. Obviously everyone wants to be with the mighty D, and honestly, the appearance of cockiness is there by mother D. But that always comes to an end. Everything goes in cycles. Good luck to all. Great company, but I just hate hearing of bro's that are denied that I know would be great for the company. I wish the company would come back down to earth. Vent over.
