The training pipeline just can't swallow any more than that right now. But as the retiring age 65 pilots start heading out in droves over the next 5 years, the pipeline will have to expand and they will have to hire more than one out of 10.
Spot on, Timbo. There are just too many "great guys" at this point. They will get their chance!
