Plenty of folks with some seniority or who are bidding/trip trading jedi masters haven't worked a weekend or a holiday in years either. I can't possibly imagine that flipping through someones logbook and seeing no flights logged on December 25th is disqualifying. Just answer the question. "Q: Ever called out sick on a holiday? A: Nope. Bid off every holiday I ever wanted."
Alternatively: Q: Do you ever work over holidays? A: Only when the in-laws are in town!
