Hello everyone. I am currently working on a project that requires me to compare and contrast narrow body vs wide body aircraft. I am having a difficult time finding books and references that specifically talk about aerodynamic differences between both types of aircraft. What were some of the challenges for engineers when transitioning into wide body aircraft? Why are aircraft being designed wider instead of longer?
