Getting a interview with MAC. Maybe someone can let me know just what are they looking for as far as 208 captain. I applied for the buffalo atr f/o got turned down, even though I had 3500+ in a atr. Later, applied for a Baltimore 208 captain, got turned down again, and yes have over 600 hours in a 208! Any chance someone at MAC can provide some insight PLEASE!
