This sounds a lot like most regionals. Plane swaps will continue with added flying and complex schedules. Not avoidable for the most part and happens at every carrier.. Yes, even mainline. And until the training dept is caught up, expect long FDPs.
Sadly, this is correct. I'm at my fourth airline, third as a pilot. Some things don't change. The names, however, are changed to protect the guilty.
