From a business sense I don't see them ever improving. You will always get younger pilots to fly for less to just be in a jet. Hasn't changed from when I was in the business 11 years ago. I was on the Saab and everyone wanted to be on the jet me included. Young and stupid I guess and inpatient.

In my business now it's always the cheap mans job next, have to find a way to be competitive. I don't agree with the low wages for regionals but I can see why the majors shop it around. It's all about the bottom line in their eyes.
