I disagree. Until the 9th District rules, the LAS judge's ruling is the law. If you're convicted of murder but then you appeal, your butt is still in prison while the appeal is being heard. You are still a convicted murderer until the conviction is overturned. We can't sit idlely by while these "pilot profession murderers" run free to kill again.
