For those who haven't gone through the upgrade yet and use Quicken, as part of the process you have to change your user name and password [don't ask me]. DO NOT change your user name and password in Quicken. The system Quicken uses to access your accounts and Online Banking are separate. The upgrade is not simultaneous. I'm not sure if this is actually classified since
THE $#*&ING CREDIT UNION DOESN'T BOTHER TO TELL ANYONE
I've spent far too much time un$#*&ing things since this upgrade. The last time I called, the rep couldn't even find my accounts until going for help

. I'm done. I just opened accounts with a hometown credit union.
I use the local credit union mainly for keeping my league's fantasy football funds separate from my checking/brokerage/IRAs/529 accounts with Schwab. Schwab provides me with free checks, refunds on ATM fees, and great service....easy online ability to move funds between the credit union account if I need it. They get a hearty recommendation from me.
