And if the 9th circuit rules in our favor, should we then wait for the results of the next appeal? Supreme Court? The company has already failed twice to overturn this. They will continue to do everything possible, spending millions, to muddy the water and avoid following their own work rules. They will take every opportunity to stall and obstruct us in an effort to wear us down. We shouldn't be helping them by being overly cautious. This might be our only chance to bloody their nose and expose them for their dishonest and illegal practices and treatment of their workers. We have enough headwinds to contend with between the timid and slow government and management. I'd stick with the union's decision, they're the only ones that have our interests in mind and don't put the shareholders first.
