You mean that you do not have to have the type rating to interview. You then get a conditional offer based on paying for your own type rating within 6 months.

SWA withdrew that requirement completely. You can interview, get hired, and go to the line with 737 training paid for by SWA. No requirement to pay for your own type. This happened about a month ago....
