I'm a military pilot (UH60 IP) with 1400hrs RW and just shy of 400hrs FW. I have an RW CFI, CFII and ATP. On the FW side I have a CFI, COMM, INST, MEL and SEL. My question is, if appying to the Regionals, would I only qualify for a R-ATP or be good for a FW ATP without the restriction? I've read FAR 61.159 and based on what it says, it reads like I would qualify for an FW ATP without the 750hr restriction. Thoughts?
I'm a Guard guy UH60 flying for the regionals. You're good to get hired with restricted ATP. I did the same thing with no problems.
