I haven't flown w/a CA yet that will even stay to 65. Most that I have flown with mentioned leaving by 60. A few before that. Not worried by "67" at all.
There may be a few that'll stay. But many will leave before then, and a large percent of those will be forced to leave due to losing their medical. I'm also not too worried about 67.
If you look at the numbers, since the October LUS bid results, a net of 42 pilots have left on medical. Over the course of a year, that's about 100 pilots leaving for medical reasons.
