They didn't include all of the turnover and at the end try to spin it like it's as good for the company as it is for the pilots, reinforcing the facade that this is a regional with a good work environment. yeah theres zero mention of how many we hire.....guess how much that is 7 (seven) for the month of february....upgrades are 8+ years and we are parking airplanes.....unless you are looking for decent reserve rules then i haven't the slightest idea why someone would want to come here oh yeah let me refer you for 1000 bucks....7500 if you go to tsa, and then come here...but we look down upon people leaving our airline for tsa who is getting airplanes....TRAIN HAS LEFT for getting more/new flying....but at least we have a 3 tier IROP recovery and "awesome people" ads keep popping up on the homepage
