How are OT trips calculated?
You are paid the greater of total flight time for your trip, total rig for the trip, or your monthly guarantee. OT trips are calculated the same: greater of rig or flight time for trip, plus an additional premium; +2 hours for 1st OT day of month, +4 for 2nd, and +6 for each additional day after that.
There is another way you can make rig+12 (from the third day on) per day if the overtime extention is involuntary. I had heard this almost never happens but I have already seen it once in my two months on the line so far.
