Yes that's true I'm still fighting it now. It seems that they only see Captain flying as 'extra' and will pay it out like per diem while some CQFO's are getting the correct pay. We were put on the Captain list but some of us are only paid the blended rate so its' one of the many pay issues that we are trying to fix.

Next month we were put on the FO list so we will get blended rate and then Captain pay whenever we sit left seat.
